A deposit is not necessary once I receive the flight and transportation / hotel costs (which is non-refundable if you cancel the booking).
Optional: You may book the hotel at your own accord without transferring me funds. All bookings must be made with at least 24 hours advanced notice; if less than 24 hours notice, then a fee of 1000USD is incurred.
